Privacy statement.

We handle your personal data with care. Below is what we collect, why, and for how long.

1. Data controller

Expose Your Brand, based at Visstraat 55K, 5211 DM Den Bosch (Netherlands), is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy statement.

2. Which data do we process?

  • First and last name
  • Company name and job title
  • Email address and phone number
  • Website visit data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed)
  • Communication you have with us (email, contact form, appointments)

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Performing our agreement and services (contract performance).
  • Answering your question or advisory request (legitimate interest).
  • Sending invoices and meeting statutory record-keeping duties (legal obligation).
  • Improving our website and services (legitimate interest).
  • Sending a newsletter, only with explicit consent (consent).

4. Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We retain client data and correspondence for up to 2 years after the end of the agreement. Tax data (invoices) is retained for 7 years in line with the statutory retention obligation.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share your data with third parties only when required to perform our agreement or comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a data processing agreement with processors (such as hosting, email, analytics and invoicing providers). We never sell your data.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of our tools (for example analytics or AI platforms) process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing, including encrypted connections (TLS), access control and data minimization.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. Send your request to groei@expose-your-brand.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
